Description
Create an app to add a widget layer in eyeOS. eyeDashBoard is only a layer! and the "base system" for widgets, for manage it, will use eyeDashPanel.

Modified the rendering engine: now it can change the render type without restarting the app.

Now, eyeDashPanel is in beta process. We need test it to add some new capabilities or fixing possible bugs.
