Description

Add layer API in eyeX service. At the moment the basic API is enough (allows adding, removing, updating, etc).

The eyeLayers system is working great now, so it can be considered finished.

Now, it's time to test it: eyeLayers is now in beta stage.

Fist alpha committed, at the moment as a very much PoC to try it.
