Project
What is a project?
A Project is a written and concise presentation of an action being performed by a developer.
The possible action can be one of the following:
- Creation of a new application.
- Modification of an already existing application.
- Modification of a part of eyeOS.
Who can present a project?
Anyone can present a project: the only requisites of presenting it is to have a consistent idea. The fact of not being a developer does not prohibit anyone to present a project. The project will be presented in the Projects List so that any developer (being part of the eyeOS Team or not) puts it into practice.
Anybody can present projects:
- Users
- Designers
- Developers
- eyeOS Team members
- etc.
How is a project presented?
To present a project, a page in the wiki must be started with the name of the project. The page must at least content the following elements:
- Name of the project
- Brief description about the project
You can add extra sections or information as you wish, and it even can be structured in a different way, but it must at least contain the described elements above. To know more about it, you can visit a Project_Template.
When the described steps are finished, you can visit the Projects List and add yourself a new row in the table of projects.
